Unraveling shame, perfectionism, and the fear of shining fully
Week 5: The Gift and the Wound
Understanding how your deepest sensitivity is also your strength
Week 6: The Lab of Life
Bringing your new boundaries, voice, and power into daily relationships

Giving from overflow, anchoring your gift in truth—not guilt
